What you need

Passport photo page Upload

Passport valid for at least six months after your return date, with two blank pages.
Passport-style photo Upload

Recent colour photo on a white background, no glasses, face fully visible.
Bank statements (last 3–6 months) Upload

Stamped by the bank, showing enough funds for the trip.
Proof of employment or business Upload

Employer letter with leave dates, or business registration and recent tax documents.

Usually 20 to 60 working days once your application is complete. Apply at least three weeks before you travel.

How much does the Canada visitor visa (TRV) cost?

The government fee is RWF 195,750 and our service fee is RWF 87,000, so RWF 282,750 in all. You pay nothing else to us.
